FIELD: electrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: electrodializer includes case with electrodes placed inside it between which alternating anion-exchange and cation-exchange membranes are positioned to form demineralization and brine chambers with filling from ion-exchange agent put into them, branch pipes for injection and discharge of brine and concentrate. Mount with layer of anion-exchange resin is placed in front of cathode which is separated by wettable partition from layer of cation- exchange resin. Mount with activated carbon is located after anode. Each demineralization chamber is provided with mount along which perimeter permanent neodymium magnets are so installed that vector of electric field induced in liquid coincides with applied vector of electric field. Collectors inside mounts are hydraulically stream-lined and have round edges. EFFECT: enhanced functional efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
