FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of electrodialyzers with ion-conducting filler. Invention relates to an electro-ionite apparatus consisting of flat series-arranged desalination and concentration chambers with an ion-exchange resin, divided into first and second chambers by housing partition and formed by alternating anion-exchange and cation-exchange membranes, overflow channels are equipped with turbulence nozzles; the covers of the apparatus have the shape with protrusions for sealing the ion-exchange resin. Membrane holders are non-detachable, have rectangular shape with inner groove along perimeter and cutout from above for installation of membrane, housing of apparatus on inner side is made smooth. Membrane holders are made together with lower cover and are fixed in slots of upper cover, covers have rectangular projections for sealing of ion-exchange resin.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of separation of low-mineralized solution, increased area of separation, reduced material consumption per unit volume of apparatus, simplicity of manufacture, assembly and maintenance.
