FIELD: application of coats by detonation gas method; industries where application of ultrastrong coats is required; restoration jobs. SUBSTANCE: spraying channel is made in form of unit of barrels rigidly interconnected inside drum mounted rotatably. Drum is provided with cooling medium channels and its one end is connected with gas distributor by means of two flat slide valves whose inlet channels are parallel to axis of rotation of drum and are spaced apart relative to each other in plane perpendicular to drum slide valve is arranged inside other slide valve for axial displacement. Zone of contact of both slide valves with drum end is surrounded by chamber for feeding the cooling medium. Besides that, cooling medium inlet in revolving drum is made along axis of its rotation. Outlet of cooling medium from drum is made in form of radial holes on drum end face engageable with gas distributor. Inlet section of drum cooling channels is made due to internal engagement of barrels and outlet section is formed due to engagement of these barrels with outer housing of drum. Device for introducing material to be sprayed has separate proportioners for each component which are mounted separately along axis of rotation of drum for displacement along drum radius. Each proportioner is isolated from feed bin by means of spool valve having two holes one of which is connected with hole of proportioner and hole of bin and other hole is connected with gas purging main through electropneumatic vale. EFFECT: improved technical and economical parameters due to increased rate of material supply and possibility of application of composite materials; enhanced reliability due to avoidance of self-detonation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
