FIELD: metallurgy, production of continuous and single castings. SUBSTANCE: aggregate has crystallizer made in the form of conveyer, produced ВПФ, bunker for refractory material feeding to crystallizer, patterns, synthetic film roll, vacuum pipelines, casting device and cooling site. The latter is made in the form of closed inclined chute with adjustable inclination and length and provided with means of cooling and gasses carrying off. Using patterns mould cavity is formed in crystallizer and cast with metal. Castings together with crystallizer are moved to chute and as they are moving to it, they obtain sufficient strength and after getting in it with lump of sand they are moved downward, cooled and fed for fettling. EFFECT: increase quality of castings and decreased expenditures for equipment. 9 dwg
