FIELD: metallurgy, production of continuous and single castings. SUBSTANCE: aggregate has crystallizer made in the form of driving endless flexible band bearing refractory material fixed by VPF means, synthetic film roll, vacuum pipelines and casting device, conveyer of pattern plates with patterns, additional crystallizer for production of lower semimoulds and frame-sucker for synthetic film fitting on pattern. Frame-sucker has two separate vacuum canals alternatively connected by valve with vacuum system during frame turnings in processs of film fitting. Pattern plates conveyer feeds patterns in series to position of film fitting, filling with refractory material and semimould vacuum pumping. After drawing patterns are directed to initial position. Upper semimoulds are connected to lower semimoulds and fed for casting. EFFECT: increase quality of castings. 2 cl, 9 dwg
