FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves keeping hens on the fruit plantation territory during the vegetation period. The hens destroy weeds and unwanted growth. They loosen the topsoil and fertilize it with their droppings. Earthworms in the soil become more numerous enriching the soil with humus.
