FIELD: agriculture, may be used in irrigation pipelines, sprinkling or irrigation machines and in open canals. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has microelement generator casing with outlet flanged pipe. Casing section is formed as open cylinder. Flanged pipe cover makes base for arrangement of microelement generator, which has foreign inclusion deflector and alternating plane-parallel cathodes and anodes of equal height formed as plates. Anode and cathode plates are separated by insulating spacers of equal length. It allows regular-shape pack initiated and terminated with cathodes to be obtained. Quantity of carried out ions of microelements is regulated by supplying variable voltage, by activated areas of plates and number of switched cathodes. Plate pack is positioned within casing in parallel with its axis and water flow direction so that two segment-shaped cavities of equal section area are defined. These cavities are communicated one with the other. Anode plates may be made from metal alloys, such as copper-manganese alloy etc. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities, reliable carrying out of controlled quantity of microelements, reduced hydraulic losses. 2 cl, 2 dwg
