FIELD: medical engineering, more specifically, methods and equipment for diagnostics of condition of human cardiovascular system. SUBSTANCE: method for dynamically controlling condition of cardiovascular system of gravely ill patients resides in recording spatial ballistocardiogram. Patient is placed onto mattress of functional bed provided with accelerometric-type three-coordinate primary signal converter. Electric signal values are continuously recorded at each of three leadouts of sensor, followed by computing integral of resulting force vector per cardiac cycle whose value is compared with $$$ Wi obtained during preceding cardiac cycle and K = $$$ 0.7 alarm signal is issued. Device for dynamically controlling condition of cardiovascular system of gravely ill persons comprises body accommodating three plate-like piezoelectric elements arranged in mutually perpendicular planes. Body is made cylindrically shaped and provided with rectangular recesses adapted to accommodate, secured in cantilever, piezoelectric elements carrying at their free ends inertia masses whose sensitive axes are mutually perpendicular. EFFECT: clearer diagnostic picture of condition of human cardiovascular system.
