FIELD: medicine; cardiology. SUBSTANCE: patient's vertical ballistocardiogram is recorded, followed by measuring its amplitude and temporal parameters. Next generalized parameter is calculated, and value thus-calculated permits to make judgement on condition of contractile function of myocardium. EFFECT: condition of myocardium's contractile function can be timely assessed, thereby permitting early diagnostics of cardiac ischemic disease.
