FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with estimating the volume of gland lumen and alcohol introduced by a three-fold increase of contrast matter amount used for sialography at the phase of excretory duct filling, anesthetization and inhibition of salivary gland secretion by retroglandular container-conductory blocking and periductary infiltrational anesthetization, gland lumen hermetic sealing with subsurface suture round a duct with cannula, single parenchymatous filling of gland lumen with 96%-ethanol by a syringe, cannula removal, temporal daily duct binding by one suture knot followed by evacuation of epithelial gland detritis using massage. Peculiarities to treat filled salivary fistula in ducts or parenchyma include gland lumen filling or its part with alcohol via fistula route with cannula that was presealed hermetically and bound with subsurface suture. EFFECT: improved results and decreased terms of treating chronic inflammatory, dystrophic diseases at sialosis and salivary fistula.
