FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying indirect endolymphatic glucocorticoid therapy by administering two injections of 20-40 g of crystalline triamcinolone acetonide suspension into subcapsular plexus of lymphatic vessels of salivary gland or into subcapsular edge sinus of inflamed lymphatic node with 4-14 days interval depending on disease kind and the number of inflamed glands and nodes. 6-15 transcutaneous magnetic laser contact therapy treatments are carried out daily by means of laser device to treat anterior and posterior infiltrate portions with permanent magnetic field of 50 mT intensity and laser radiation having pulse frequency of 1500 Hz, maximum power, 64 s exposure per field and single treatment of the whole infiltrate by using contact type mirror screen. EFFECT: stimulated microcirculation; potentiated endolymphatic therapy. 1 tbl
