FIELD: cattle breeding. SUBSTANCE: one of prostaglandin $$$ preparation is administrated to pigs at period from 12 to 14-th day of sexual cycle, twice, at interval 8-10 h at the doses introduced for swine. Then gonadotropin from the foaled mare serum is administrated as a single dose after 24-36 h (1200-1500 IU/head) and after 72-80 h - human chorionic gonadotropin (750-1000 IU/head). In 40-42 h after human gonadotropin administration a single pig insemination is carried out and in 16-18 h embryos were isolated. Embryo yield is increased by 2-3-fold as compared with the known methods of superovulation induction. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method. 2 tbl, 2 cl
