SUBSTANCE: transplantation of zygotes microinjected with gene-engineering construction should be conducted in two oviducts per 9-12 zygotes into each oviduct in recipient swine, moreover, their reproductive cycle is synchronized with that in donor swine of embryos. The present method enables to increase swine gestation in recipient swine by 20% and embryos' adaptability - by about 2 times. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
