FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-speed separator has hollow guiding blades positioned in shell. Cavities of blades are communicated with cavity of chamber positioned about shell and provided with liquid phase discharge opening and opening for connecting to low pressure manifold. Blades are arranged in at least two rows, with steam inlet of blades of each subsequent row being directed into channels defined between blades. This direction coincides with direction of outflow of steam from channels between blades of previous row, but blades of subsequent row are offset in plane of their outlet edges relative to edges of previous row. Blades of subsequent and previous rows have curvature oriented in opposite directions. It allows optimum conditions for baffling of liquid phase, which has not been caught by previous row of blades, onto concave surface provided with moisture catching slits of subsequent row of blades. EFFECT: increased total coefficient of liquid phase catching capacity, simplified and compact construction, low hydraulic resistance and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 5 dwg
