FIELD: wire straightening equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes rotating body mounted on frame by means of bearing assembly. Straightening members are mounted in longitudinal grooves of body with possibility of axial motion and fixation by screws. Said straightening members have cross section in the form of circular segments with working surfaces rounded in lengthwise section. Working surfaces of straightening members are oriented in such a way that line normal relative to working surface in cross section of K-number straightening member forms together with respective line normal relative to first straightening member angle $$$ equal to 360/n(K-1) degrees, where K-ordinal number of straightening member, n - total quantity of straightening members, $$$-angle between line normal relative to working surface in cross section of K-number straightening member and respective line normal relative to working surface of first straightening member laid in direction opposite to rotation sign of body.
