FLEXIBLE PIN CLUTCH Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch has two clutch members 1,2 made up as flanges provided with hubs. Flexible members 3 and cylindrical pins 4 are equidistantly spaced from the axis of rotation of the clutch. The pins are immediately positioned in clutch member 1 whereas in clutch member 2 the pins are mounted by the use of flexible members 3. On the outer side of one or both the clutch members is provided with collar 5 with a ring groove wherein spring ring 6 is received. The openings in the clutch parts provided with the collar are through. The clutch part without the collar has dummy openings. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 5 dwg
