FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has bobbin holder with circular space 1 formed by its shell 2 and shaft 3 made in form of piston with sealing member 4. Drive shaft 5 with closed screw slot 6 on outer surface is arranged in bobbin holder. Shaft is installed in device housing 6 in bearing unit 7 and is kinematically coupled with drive. Cylindrical space 10 is made in drive shaft 5 coaxially with its outer surface in which bobbin holder shaft 3 is located. Space made at the opposite side accommodates adjusting valve in form of screw 11 and locknut 12. Both spaces communicate through calibrated hole 13. Holes 14 in screw 11 serve to let air pass from space 10 into atmosphere and back. Secured on inner surface of bobbin holder shell 2 is pucher 15 engaging with slot 6 of drive shaft.
