SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bath for binder, vibration exciter with depth head for transmitting vibrations to material to be impregnated in direction perpendicular to material advancement direction, guides, material pulling mechanism, braking device and squeezing rolls. Depth head is formed as rod, fork, ring, spiral or comb. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of impregnated material. 1 dwg
