SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to production lines for continuous production of reinforcing elements. The technological line for the manufacture of composite reinforcement includes a creel, a leveling device, an annealing chamber, an impregnating bath with a tension device, a wringer, a molding unit in the form of a matrix with longitudinal channels, a device for spiral winding of a winding rope with a calibrating sleeve, a polymerization chamber, pulling and cutting devices. The calibrating sleeve consists of two successive sections, the first of which is made with an annular tapering channel formed by a section of the inner surface in the form of a truncated cone and the outer surface of the cone inserted inside the calibrating sleeve from the supply side of the roving impregnated with binder. In front of the base of the inner cone there is a matrix with longitudinal channels for uniform distribution of the roving around the circumference of the manufactured product, and the geometric characteristics of the generatrix of the inner cone and the inner cylindrical surface are selected from the condition of a uniform reduction in the cross-sectional area of the annular channel, while the second section of the calibrating sleeve has a conical inner surface.

EFFECT: improving the quality of composite reinforcement by reducing air inclusions.
