FIELD: polymer composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of products from polymer composite materials. The impregnation and squeezing unit of the pultrusion plant consists of two successive sections, the first of which is made with an annular tapering channel of variable cross section, formed by a section of the inner surface in the form of a truncated cone and the outer surface of the cone inserted inside the impregnation and squeezing unit from the supply side of the roving impregnated with binder. Wherein an annular spreading comb is located in front of the base of the inner cone, and the geometric characteristics of the generatrix of the inner cone and the inner cylindrical surface are selected from the condition of a uniform decrease in the cross-sectional area of the annular tapering channel. At the same time, the second section of the impregnation and squeezing block is made with an annular channel of variable cross section formed by a conical inner surface and an outer surface of a hollow cylinder made in one piece and being a continuation of the inner cone of the first section, the length of the hollow cylinder being chosen equal to the difference in the length of the die along with the impregnation block and spin, and the height of the inner cone of the first section.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of the target product by improving the impregnation of the roving with a binder.
