Simultaneously with synthesis of recombinant protein lysozyme is synthesized that decomposes polysaccharide envelope of E. coli cells. Vector can be used for plasmid and the corresponding strain-producers of recombinant proteins construction and for proteins purification. EFFECT: simplified method of water-insoluble recombinant protein agglomerate purification.
