FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: anchor support of lockless type incorporates a hollow anchor rod with longitudinal slot extending through its length, and in lower part it has a protrusion for holding of supporting plate outside and an internal shoulder for holding a plug located in hollow anchor rod. Internal space is filled with substance which increases its volume at crystallization. After installation of anchor rod in borehole, crystallization starts of compound seated in hollow anchor rod. This leads to increasing of compound volume and deformation of anchor rod in borehole along its axis and its solidification in borehole by means of compound emitting from slot. This reduces cost of installing support, simplifies its design, requires no threaded joints and additional equipment. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
