SUBSTANCE: fastening members 4 of bearing lugs 3 are made in the form of bosses forming curvilinear figure whose external edge 6 has radius of 0.51 mm and internal edge 7, 0.15-0.25 mm; angle $$$ between interface line of edges 6 and 7 and plane connecting extreme points of bosses and perpendicular plane of lug 3 is between 10 and 15 deg. Members 4 are fixed in insulating rods 1; electron beam generating and guiding facilities 2 are placed in tandem between these rods. EFFECT: improved reliability. 4 dwg
