New is that the prosthesis produced from autobone is coated with liquid silastic layer forming after being dried a thin inert film as coating. The coating is removed at the places where prosthesis adhesion to neotympanic membrane and subcutaneous plate of stirrup takes place. EFFECT: prevented loss of hearing acuity.
