FIELD: medicine, oncogynecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preliminary sensitivity assay of patients to cyclic adenosine-3',5'-monophosphate sodium salt. This preparation is administrated to the sensitive patients at concentration 3 x 10-5 M by intranasal or sublingual routes, 3 times per 24 h, every other day, beginning from 6 drops at the first day and increasing dose by 2 drops for the following days up to the total amount 14 drops. Then the indicated dose is administrated up to the treatment course end that continues for 30 days. EFFECT: decreased complications, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
