SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular, oncology and can be used for treatment of patients with ovarian cancer. Evacuation of an exsudate from an abdominal cavity, collection of an ascitic liquid in a sterile package is performed. Then its filtrational detoxicating is performed, removal of medium - and low-molecular ballast substances. The obtained albuminous concentrate is split for four portions, three portions are frozen, one portion is centrifugated, collecting a supernatant concentrate and entered intravenously in a perioperative period. In day of carrying out of chemotherapy one portion of an albuminous concentrate is defreezed and incubated with chemical preparations, then entered intraperitoneal. The remained two portions of an albuminous concentrate of the ascitic liquid are used for carrying out of two subsequent courses of polychemotherapy.

EFFECT: method allows to accelerate process of neogenesis at the expense of filtrational detoxicating, cryoapheresis and restores of loss of own fiber; to increase tropicity of chemical preparations to tumour tissues, centres of local and remote innidiation, the quantity and expression of by-effects decreases.
