SUBSTANCE: the meter is furnished with pressure and plunger stroke reducers, whose outputs are connected to a microprocessor, and the plunger and shut-off valves are provided with a drive that is also connected to the microprocessor; the microprocessor has a digital display output, and the means for measuring the plunger stroke is made as a plunger stroke transducer.
