FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic vibration is induced in the indication line (IL) connected consequently to the measurement line (ML). Ultrasonic impulse lag from the vibration source to the ultrasonic receiver determines coercibility of oil and water mix. Then it is compared to the limit values of density, registered by the reference dosimeter of ML, and limit values of lag allow defining of oil and water mix density change range during its feeding into IL when it works in correction mode. During the batch service limit values of technological parameters (TP) of oil and water mix flow are registered continuously at each indication line. If TP of a IL changes in comparison to the previously defined ML parameters, it is switched into correction mode by automatic connection to ML, and corrected correlations of limit value divergence at indicators and gauges are set for the corrected oil and water mix flow through flowmeter. At that, each well flowline is connected through reversible valves to the inflow valves of indication units, connected through vertical mini separator to the flow parameter IL comprising series-connected pressure and temperature indicators, homogeniser, water monitor and flow density indicator. Vertical mini separator is connected through a gas line to the gas flowmeter, and through the water disposal line to magnet valve connected to the water flowmeter. At that, data processing and transfer unit for limit values of indicators, in the form of a microchip, is connected to the pressure and temperature indicators, water monitor, gas flowmeter and flow density indicator connected to a multi-stream well switching manifold, which is linked to a controlled drive connected to control unit. Multi-stream well switching manifold is connected to the sequence of pressure sensor, temperature sensor, homogeniser, mass flowmeter, densimeter and water monitor, all connected to the data collection, processing and transfer unit in the form of a microchip. The central computer is connected to the data processing and transfer unit for limit values of indicators, in the form of a microchip, control unit and data collection, processing and transfer unit in the form of a microchip. Multi-stream well switch manifold is connected to the general outlet header through an uninterrupted line.
EFFECT: improved responsiveness and measurement reliability of oil well yield due to continuous control of limit values of well technological parameters.
