FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has branches 1 which ends are introduced into pelvis renalis through cut in its wall after liberating pelvis renalis. The concrement is gripped with jaws 3 or 10 depending on lithotrite version, grasped between the tenons 4 filling the pelvis renalis with surface-active substance solution supplied through hollow tubular ducts 5 and holes between the tenons 8. The concrement is continuously irrigated with the surface-active substance solution supplied through flexible tubes attached to cannulas 9 until the destruction process is over. The concrement being destroyed, the lithotrite is taken away from the pelvis renalis. The concrement fragments are removed by applying generally accepted methods. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic injuries. 2 cl, 3 dwg
