FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: ureteral case is placed in the ureter in transurethral nephrolithotripsy. The ureterorenoscope is delivered through the case. A sealing elastic cap is put on a working end of the ureterorenoscope. The ureterorenoscope with the cap is delivered through the case thereby generating negative pressure. Ureterolith fragments are absorbed into the case and delivered following the ureterorenoscope. The ureterorenoscope is removed under endoscopic control.

EFFECT: simple and complete removal of the ureterolith fragments with reducing the length of the procedure significantly.
