FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative urology. Measurement of intrapelvic pressure is carried out in real time in the renal cavity system by means of a fiber-optic sensor. The latter is passed together with a safety string during the creation of a working channel through an expanding cannula, followed by positioning its working end in the cup-pelvic system of the kidney at the level of the renal end of the installed amplatz sheath for the introduction of a nephroscope.
EFFECT: use of this method provides the most accurate, objective and safe intraoperative monitoring of intrapelvic pressure in the process of minimally invasive surgical treatment of kidney stones.
