FIELD: road and industrial construction. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing material comprises fibrous filter and organic binder. The organic binder is mixture of epoxy-urethane varnish and epoxy-diane resin. The ratio of components is as follows (wt parts): 100 epoxy-urethane varnish; 10-25 urethane (70%); and 2.0- 15.0 epoxy-diane resin. The fibrous filler includes open-structure fabrics made of silicate fibers; open-weave structure fabrics made of mineral fibers, combined open-weave structure fabrics the main filamens of which are made of silicate fibers and weft fabrics made of mineral fibers, combined open-weave structure fabrics the main filaments of which are made of mineral fibers and weft fabrics made of silicate fibers; combined open-weave structure fabrics the main filaments of which are made of silicate and mineral fibers.
