FIELD: woven fillers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of prepregs based on epoxyurethane polymer and woven fillers. A method for producing prepregs is proposed, which consists in impregnating a woven reinforcing filler with an epoxyurethane composition obtained by a solventless technology as a result of chemical interaction of a mixture consisting of epoxidized resorcinol (A), epoxidized etriol or pentaerythritol (B) and vinylcyclohexene dioxide (C), with technical aromatic polyisocyanate , consisting of a mixture of 4,4'diphenylmethanediisocyanate and its homologues, followed by the introduction of a hardener - 4,4'diphenylmethanediisocyanate blocked with methylpyrazole, while after impregnation of the prepreg with an epoxyurethane composition heated to a temperature of 80 to up to 5 m/min, instead of heating, cooled air is supplied to the drying chamber, ensuring that the prepreg reaches a temperature of +20°C, which is necessary for optimal elasticity and stickiness of the impregnated material.

EFFECT: proposed method uses a solutionless technology, which makes it possible to obtain reinforced materials with improved strength characteristics and, at the same time, practically eliminate polluting emissions into the environment.
