FIELD: heat insulation in building structures, refrigerating chambers and pipelines. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises (wt parts): 1.0 carbamidoformaldehyde resin; 0.01-0.04 acid hardener; 0.05-0.05 surface active agent; 0.66-1.16 water; 0.00002-0.045 additive selected from group consisting of N,N1-diphenyl guanidine, acrylamide, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol and mixture consisting of N,N1 diphenyl guanidine and polyacrylamide. Surface active agent, catalyst and water are mixed, foamed and mixed with carbamidoformaldehyde resin and additive. The mixture is hardened at room temperature and atmospheric pressure for 10-30 minutes to give low toxic and strong pouring type material. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 1 tbl
