SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-purpose polymer composition for producing carbamide foam plastic with expanded range of functional and technological capabilities, used for protection against freezing pits, raw materials, as fire-fighting means, as well as at treatment and reclamation of arable lands. Polymer composition contains carbamide-formaldehyde resin, “SOFEKS-PO-01A” foaming agent, acid hardener-inhibited hydrochloric acid, modifier-filler in form of expanded vermiculite, pigment in form of soot and water in following proportions, wt%: carbamide-formaldehyde resin - 20-30, “SOFEKS-PO-01A” foaming agent - 6-10, inhibited hydrochloric acid - 9-15, expanded vermiculite - 10-23, soot - 1.5-3.5, water is balance.
