FIELD: bridge-building machinery. SUBSTANCE: in section unfolding mechanism, head-piece of rod is provided with tail unit used as bridge deflection compensator. It is mounted through supporting and guiding bush in inner space of rod for possible reciprocal motion. Tail unit of rod has motion restrictors which are stationary secured on tail unit at sides opposite to bush end faces. One of restrictors can be in the form of circular-shaped shoulder, and other - in the form of nut on end of tail unit with length of generating surface equal to 0.18-to 0.22 of length of tail unit and its stroke is not less than 0.1 of sag of bridge resilient deflection.
