FIELD: hydrodynamics. SUBSTANCE: method comprises affecting the boundary layer at the controlled portion of a flow by means of a deturbulizer arranged over its periphery. The deturbulizer affects the viscose sublayer to form local turbulent structures which displace the laminar layers from the periphery to the axis of the flow.
