SUBSTANCE: autoemissive cell uses an anode, cathode, dielectric backing with a platform polished to mirror reflection between the cathode and anode. The anode has an additional coating of phosphor with semiconductor properties located in the area of the anode working edge. EFFECT: enhanced durability, adaptability to manufacture and luminance, reduced operating voltage, enhanced stability of operation at a rise of anode current. 1 dwg
