FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as film cathode and anode which are separated by dielectric layer and are located on dielectric substrate. Films of anode, cathode and dielectric are perforated; edges of perforated elements are located in emission chamber. Anode surface is covered with luminophore in emission chamber region and additional sealing transparent cover.
