Films of anode, cathode, and insulating layers, as well as gate electrode are perforated to form emission space by perforation edges and substrate. Anode surface is coated with phosphor in the vicinity of emission region and with additional sealing layer. Substrate and sealing coat are transparent. EFFECT: reduced working and control voltages, improved operating stability, provision for producing double-sided light indication of cell with high degree of clarity, self-evacuation of cell. 3 cl, 1 dwg
