FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves moving aside and rotating femur outward. A hole is formed between musculus tensor fasciae femoris and tailor muscle. Needle is introduced through the hole at an angle of 60 deg relative to the anterior surface of the femur and directed towards antero-superior spine of the iliac bone.
