FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: object of invention is reduction of treatment period. New method prescribes cutting out fasciomuscular transplant based on muscle which strains broad fascia of femur and incorporating its distal section, leaving vascular-nervous limb, positioning broad fascia of femur at its end, nearing the whole towards endoprosthesis to build up hip joint capsule by allowing transplant fascial portion to envelope endoprosthesis, and finally securing transplant fascial portion to hipbone and femur. EFFECT: excellent antitumoral endoprosthesis.
