FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, rheumatology, and can be used for puncture of the hip joint. Cellular lattice is fixed on the anterior surface of the thigh, medial to the greater trochanter, in a projection of the hip joint. After fixation of the cellular lattice, the hip joint is X-rayed in an anteroposterior projection. X-ray image shows the area where the joint cavity is located. Puncture point is selected in this area in a projection of the femur. After selecting a puncture point on the X-ray image, the obtained result is correlated with the image of the cellular array on the same X-ray image, and the cell in which the selected point is located is established. Obtained result is recorded. Then the patient is placed in a supine position. Puncture point is determined on the skin based on the previously obtained results and the location of the cellular lattice. Finger examination is carried out at the proposed injection point to rule out the presence of the great vessels in the projection of the needle. Puncture is performed; the needle is inserted vertically downwards until the needle tip touches the femur, then the needle is removed, and an aseptic bandage is applied. Apparatus of the method for performing a puncture of the hip joint is made in the form of a cellular lattice in which the cell is an area limited by ribs on two or more sides; at least one layer of the ribs is X-ray contrast.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the number of errors during the puncture of the hip joint and complications, simplifying the puncture of the hip joint, shorter time for puncture of the hip joint, higher accuracy of puncture without using ultrasound or X-ray electro-optical converter (C-arm) due to the fact that the joint itself and radiopaque mesh ribs act as a reference point, also, this method is applied using a navigation grid.
