FIELD: medicine, pulmonology; applicable in treatment of patients ill with acute pneumonia. SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of acute pneumonia consists in external pinflu actions by successive pressing with hand fingers of the region of cervical and thoracic parts of vertebral column over paravertebral line on the side of inflammation, interspinal spaces and intercostal spaces of thoracic part of vertebral column on the side of lung part affected by inflammation with force causing pain but not in excess of the level of maximum tolerance of pain for 1-3 s from one to two times with local tension of muscles in the region of action with simultaneous breath holding. The seances are repeated in 10-48 h 5-8 times. EFFECT: positive results of treatment.
