SCREW PRESS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: screw press has housing whereon a receiving chamber and relief devices are mounted. A moulder device is made up as passageways and ring radial grooves provided in the housing. The ring radial grooves receives flexible rings. The relief device is formed by chamfering of the housing and cone of the screw. The screw of the press is hollow, cylindrical and has different depth and pitch of turns. The space in the relief device is adjusted by way of moving the screw in a required direction. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
