Mounted inside body on shaft 5 are disks 7 forming together with body 1 a circular channel, and carrying cams fastened on them. Body 1 has discharge opening 4. Located on periphery of disks are teeth which are positioned at acute angle to axis of shaft 5. Primary material through charging unit 3 goes down inside cylindrical body 1 where it is ground by cams fastened on disks 7 during rotation of shaft 5.
