FIELD: semiconductor devices. SUBSTANCE: device has multiple beam scanner which has photo sensitive layer, common line and dividing layer with two current-conducting contacts which are connected to bias voltage source. In addition device has amplifier, which input is connected to common line, comparator, signal recording unit, integrator and program control unit. In addition device has differentiating unit and analog gate. Dividing layer of multiple beam scanner is sensitive to light. Said input of amplifier is also connected to output of integrator; output of amplifier is connected to information input of integrator through gate and to input of differentiating unit, which output is connected to input of comparator, which output is connected to input of signal recording unit which output is connected to input of program control unit, which digital output is connected to control input of gate and to control input of differentiating unit, and which analog output is connected to bias voltage source. EFFECT: increased dynamic range by fourth-fifth order of magnitude, increased sensitivity low contrast differences in brightness, possibility to gather information about speed of movement of brightness jump line. 1 dwg
