FIELD: testing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device serves for testing two specimens simultaneously. The specimens are set in grips mounted on racks. The racks are in parallel planes and nonparallel to each other. There are drives for setting racks in reciprocation and a loading facility. The specimens with racks are brought into a contact with each other. When the loading facility provides a load and the drives set the racks in reciprocation, the point of contact moves lengthwise.
