FIELD: testing materials for strength. SUBSTANCE: specimen 6 held by grips 5 and 4 is accelerated and is subjected to loading by repeated impacts at subsequent engagement of grip 4 with weights 3 movably mounted in guide 2. Accelerating the specimen is effected by means of revolving flywheel 8 and rod 7 pressed to it by means of device 10; rod 7 is connected with grip 5. After loading by repeated impacts, grip 4 is locked on guide by means of retainer 13. For subsequent loading of specimen by attenuating oscillating load, stand is provided with additional weight 11 which is movably mounted on rod and is connected with it by means of flexible member 14 and retainer 12 of additional weight on base. EFFECT: conducting tests at subsequent loading of specimen by repeated impacts, constant and attenuating oscillating loads. 1 dwg
