FIELD: environmental control of soils, search for deposits of economic minerals. SUBSTANCE: semipermeable vessels are placed in grid-wise pattern all over area under study onto moist soil layer, vessels are filled with electrolyte solution, pre-weighted fibrous sorbent is placed into electrolyte and held therein for lapse of time sufficient to accumulate by sorbent adequate amount of sought elements for analysis. Fibrous sorbent is then subjected to analysis for elements of interest. EFFECT: method offers wide range of uses in environmental control geology, etc. 3 dwg
